Pegasus allows many USB nics to be used, an is included in the linux kernel.
Could a module for it be put on the install cd? Thanks
Comment 1 Mark Guertin 2002-10-05 11:09:44 UTC
Are these still missing on live cd?
Comment 2 Abhishek Amit (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2002-10-12 05:47:19 UTC

Will be included in all experimental (and later) CDs built after 20021221. grab
them from http://www.gentoo.org/dyn/experimental/livecd/ (will be building a new
one tomorrow, on 20021223) Closing this bug, thanks for reporting it :)
Comment 5 Chris Gianelloni (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-03-25 11:25:13 UTC
Moving these so we can remove the "Install CD" component from "Gentoo Linux".

I apologize to everyone for this spam, but according to the bugzilla developers,
this is the only reasonable way to do this.
