Links in the app-admin/perl-cleaner ebuild cannot be found.

I have the same issue, perl-cleaner-2.16.tar.bz2 is not in the distfiles directory on any of the mirrors.

How would I go about replacing the links in the ebuild? I'm not quite sure how to do that.

If it really still not work for you, just download the file and move it to your distfiles directory.
