1.7.0.60 ebuild for this version don't download from site oracle. Latest version 
on page http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk7-downloads-1880260.html suggest jdk-7u65-linux-x64.tar.gz.
Please add portage for new version jdk, for normal update this.

I can confirm this. It also holds for the jre, not just for the jdk. Basically, it's the same as Bug 511714, but for the new versions. I guess all is needed is to make =dev-java/oracle-{jdk,jre}-bin-1.7.0.65 stable.
