It looks like your timestamp is a sync off.
Your mirror is showing: Tue, 25 May 2004 08:05:56 +0000
Where it should be closer to: Tue, 25 May 2004 13:50:00 +0000

Make sure your mirror is syncing correctly, every 4 hours off your local Midnight, and I'd be happy to add it to our mirror listing. Thanks for the bandwidth!

For Infrastructure,
Jeffrey

From where should I mirror. Currently I am rsyncing against www.ibiblio.org::gentoo/ and they don't have a newer version of the timestamp file.

Thanks for helping out Gentoo. I have added your mirror to our list at http://www.gentoo.org/main/en/mirrors.xml. Please start synching from ftp.oregonstate.edu as the email I have sent to you instructs. We would like you to subscribe to the gentoo-mirrors Mailing List by sending an email to gentoo-mirrors-subscribe@lists.gentoo.org, as we send out notifications of updates, releases, and changes in policy to the mirrors. Once again, thanks for the hardware and bandwidth!

For Infrastructure,
Jeffrey
