This warning will appear on every startup until the option is added. At that point, TIMESTAMP behavior changes (see $URL). I could add it to the default configuration for 5.6. But, I may leave it as a notice to admins that TIMESTAMP is changing.
Letting this go as WONTFIX as it is up to the admin to manage their installs and good to know if a long time default is changing
