Although kde-frameworks 5.0 have not been released yet, I don't think they will be in the "unstable" folder, since they are classified as stable and also the folder ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/stable/frameworks/ has been created on 1st July. Better change that SRC_URI so we can get started as soon as they are released :)
