Genymotion is a virtual environment for Android. It uses Oracle VirtualBox to run precreated images of Android. Since there is no ebuild I created it for v 2.2.2. http://www.genymotion.com/

This will also need a bindist restriction, in addition to the fetch restriction being in place. The license explicitly forbids any redistribution: "The end user and the licensee do not have any right or license to, and will not, directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever: assign, transfer, sell, encumber or modify the software/application developed by GENYMOBILE or include this applicationin a product whatsoever, [...]"
