Description André Terpstra 2004-05-21 03:20:18 UTC
When I try to emerge gnome 2.6.0 with emerge -u world, the first of 78 ebuilds already fails to compile. It is libgtop-2.6.0. I can't even list the contents, it doesn't seem to be a textfile

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Unexpected EOF

Expected Results:
compile normally

I suppose this is a local issue, looks like some file system corruption.
Just checked my rsync7.de.g.o and there the ebuild is not corrupted.

I suppose you're right. I managed to download it from another rsync server and it's compiling now. The weirdest part is that I just looked again at my original rsync server and the ebuild looks OK! I now suspect that rsyncing between that server and my local mirror server went wrong somehow.
