libkface-9999.ebuild

I wrote a live ebuild for libkface, as I'm developing some code using it. Perhaps, somebody else also needs this (I'm not sure if it's coded correctly though, but it works).

I Also changed the homepage to https://projects.kde.org/projects/extragear/libs/libkface/repository/revisio
> ns/master/entry/libkface/Mainpage.dox, as this seems to be the best place to get information on libkface (more documentation will be added here according to the mailing list). On digikam.org, they just mention that they use libkface and it's a face detection/recognition library.

Perhaps, https://projects.kde.org/projects/extragear/libs/libkface would also be a suitable homepage URL.

Normally we keep live ebuilds in our overlay, but let's see what dilfridge says since digikam is his area.

Yes, overlay. It belongs there (this is clearly a KDE package, no arguments against that).

Will look at it later.

Just to say that: the libkface guys added some documentation to the Mainpage.dox file in the meantime. A parsed version can be found at http://api.kde.org/extragear-api/libs-apidocs/libkface/libkface/html/index.html – this is probably the most suitable "homepage" URL at the moment.
