added a new version 1.6.3 which now supports amd64 and fixes various other bugs.

Silently removing libemf support from the ebuild is not very nice :-)

Version bump, thanks for the hint.

libemf is not necessary for chemtool and doesn't compile on amd64, that's why I removed it ;-)

Well, that's why I enabled it only for x86 in the new version.
