BackupPC cannot load the package BackupPC::Lib, which is included in the
BackupPC distribution. This probably means you did not cd to the
unpacked BackupPC distribution before running configure.pl, eg:

    cd BackupPC-3.2.1
    ./configure.pl

Please try again.

Comment 1 thorus90 2014-07-30 07:29:35 UTC
I can confirm that bug, fails with the same error for me...
Comment 2 thorus90 2014-07-30 08:26:27 UTC
with going back to perl-5.16.3 I can emerge the package and start backuppc, now many other packages fail, but as this servers only job is to do backups, its useless without backuppc.
Comment 3 Marko Weber Bürgermeister 2014-07-31 07:41:42 UTC
same with 3.2.1-r3, since dev-lang/perl 5.18.2-r1

All is working fine again.

Thank you!

Thank you for the confirmation Marko. My apologies for the delayed response in dealing with the Perl 5.18 breakage.
