Did you try the new zdkimfilter-1.2? It installs on my AMD64 system when I make a local overlay for it. Download from here: http://www.tana.it/sw/zdkimfilter/

I also added a request to update the ebuild to current version https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=519452
