since installing cups-filters-1.0.54 almost every document printed fails with the message "Stopped - Filter failed" and a blank page prints.

Downgrading to cups-filters-1.0.53 fixes the issue.

I am using the HP LaserJet Series PCL 4/5 driver on an HP jet direct socket on port 9100.
