The pdf documentation of dev-tex/bibatex-2.9 is an empty file. Re-emerging did not fix the issue.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to open /usr/share/doc/biblatex-2.9/biblatex.pdf or look at this file's properties

Actual Results:  
error opening or file size=0

Expected Results:  
file opening or file size>0

Patched ebuild

This fixes the empty biblatex.pdf bug. The bug is due to an error in the archive biblatex-2.9.tds.tgz, which contains the correct file under doc/biblatex.pdf, but an empty file under doc/latex/biblatex/biblatex.pdf.

Thanks for remind me about this bug, I totally forgot. :(
Please check 2.9a, should be fixed there.
