Description Evgeny Bobkin 2014-06-16 20:18:38 UTC
I observe screen corruption consisting of horizontal lines with the latest video driver.

workaround: downgrading to xf86-video-intel-2.99.910 seems to fix the issue

If you can, please test xf86-video-intel-9999 from the x11 overlay to see if the problem still exists in latest git.

If that is the case, best also report this on https://bugs.freedesktop.org/ if no report already exists.

I had the same problem after updating to 2.99.912. Of course, downgrading to 2.99.911-r1 solved it.

Nevertheless, I tried xf86-video-intel-9999 from the x11 overlay. There is no such problem there for me. Everything is OK with 9999 version. If some additional info on my PC or system preferences are needed I'm ready to provide it.

Thanks a lot for your work.

The same is true for 2.99.912-r1. Bug is there too for me.
