patch for ppc-aix support, before bootstrap

AIX does not have: getopt*, strcasestr, asprintf.

With attached patch against current git/master I've been able to get portage-utils to work so far on AIX 6.1 here.

i did things slightly differently, but it should be fixed for the next release.  thanks for the report!
