The source of Evolution 1.0.8 is available at 
ftp.ximian.com/pub/source/evolution/evolution-1.0.8.tar.gz but has an ebuild 
script has not been created for it.

(I apologize, I'd do this myself, but I don't really have time to learn how 
the ebuilds work, so I though Stroke could do it, since he did the rest.)

this one works for me and doesn't need scrollkeeper and over stuff from gnome
1.4 installed - might not work on a gnome1.4 only machine
