I have a server that shares /usr/portage over nfs, and the 2004.1 livecd doesn't have nfs support in the kernel, so I couldn't mount it. It's no big deal, but it wastes my bandwidth and whatever mirror I was using's bandwith having to download all the distfiles again when I have them already in the central distfiles. I'm pretty sure the older livecds had nfs support, either the 2004.0 or 1.4 livecd.
Kernel .config for 2004.2 has NFS support. Thanks for the bug report.
