A plasmate ebuild dolled up for the new era. USE=kde5 selects the 'frameworks' branch from git, deps should be fine (although qtdbus, qtxml and qtscript are in fact optional). Seems to have limited functionality as of now.

Thanks, added in git as -9999 (existing KDE 4 version was renamed to 4.9999

Most of the dependencies in CMakeLists.txt are bogus; I'll follow that up shortly.

Bogus upstream dependencies are removed in git now.
