compatilibity fix for mpd-0.18

Sonata is unable to connect to mpd 0.18. Launching the program simply results in the error "Not Connected" followed by "No Read Permission".

Explanation, taken from the Arch Linux bug report https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/37580:

Output of function MPDClient.state() no longer provides the 'xfade' property. This makes Sonata crazy: infinite reconnection for 'No Read Permission' reason. Simple solution in attachment.

Patch in the Arch Linux bug report completely disables xfade. I believe it is better to allow for graceful degrading.

I'm attaching a patch against sonata-1.6.2.1 to fix the problem.
