A few week back after update evolution-data-server, my evolution kept crashing whenever I open calendar tab. Stack trace lead to libical so I unmask the libical-1.0-r2 package and update it, everything work fine. Today, evolution-data-server was update to require <libical-1 so my tweak fail. And evolution keep crashing, render my calendar useless Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. run evolution with this command: "evolution -c calendar" 2. 3. Well, I ran perl-cleaner last night. It complain about those file: /usr/lib64/perl5/5.8.8/x86_64-linux/Encode/ConfigLocal.pm /usr/lib64/perl5/5.12.2/x86_64-linux/Encode/ConfigLocal.pm /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/XML/SAX/ParserDetails.ini /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/5.12.2/XML/SAX/ParserDetails.ini /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/5.12.4/XML/SAX/ParserDetails.ini /usr/lib64/perl5/5.12.4/x86_64-linux/Encode/ConfigLocal.pm /usr/lib64/perl5/5.12.3/x86_64-linux/Encode/ConfigLocal.pm I don't really know what are those but since equery belongs don't report them belong to any package, I deleted them all and re-ran perl-cleaner. After that, the problem of mine was gone. So I guess this bug is a closed one. I would be very appreciate if someone could be so kind to point out to me what happened.
