its blocking. it should work also with libav

You will need to unmask libav-10 if you want to use it with mpv-9999, the dep reads:

    )

You may also be missing some USE flags required on libav, I can't tell from your emerge output.

You're mixing the unstable and unkeyworded branches here, so you get to resolve these issues yourself. If you can point out an actual bug, then please explain what it is and reopen this bug report.
