emerge sync; emerge doxygen results in:

quite the same setupe as mine, but doxygen compiles clean here.
those internal compiler errors are normally caused by bad or overheated
hardware like cpu and ram. as you reported another internal compiler
error in bug 51210 i suppose that something with your hardware is faulty.

maybe indeed a defect ram (since my asus board shows normal cpu temperature)
