we depend on kde-base/kdebase, because we need kdesu.
also add this dependency to kportagemaster-0.3.ebuild, please.

new version, kportagemaster-0.4.2 is released, it works with >=portage-2.0.18.
ebuild+md5sum is in the attachment, it was tested with:

kde-3.0.2, qt-3.0.5:
gcc-2.95.3, CHOST="i686-pc-linux-gnu", CFLAGS="-march=i686 -O3 -pipe",
CXXFLAGS="-march=i686 -O3 -pipe"

gcc-3.1-r7, same CHOST, CFLAGS, CXXFLAGS

OK, I'm committing this to cvs. (In response from a mail by the author asking me to do it; no offence, Verwilst, just better load distribution - I'm good at handling incoming kde ebuilds).  In response to ebuild comment about newdepend: the only thing newdepend does is add its parameters both to DEPEND and RDEPEND so that you don't have to maintain two similar or identical lists of deps. Since we only want to add this to RDEPEND we do it the usual way, RDEPEND="$RDEPEND foo".  Oh, and please don't submit ebuilds without the 3 standard header lines like that. I've added them (which means the ebuild comes under the GPL v2 and copyright goes to Gentoo, Inc.; if there's a problem with that please respond asap).
