The Audio call and Video call buttons in ktp-call-ui-0.8.1 do nothing for SIP accounts. In 0.8.0, they worked as expected.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Rebuild sofiasip with CFLAGS=-O0 (required to get it working at all at least on amd64).
2. Install net-im/kde-telepathy-meta-0.8.1 which pulls net-im/ktp-call-ui-0.8.1 and net-voip/telepathy-rakia-0.8.0.
3. Set up a SIP account in KDE contact list.
4. Call any number using that account, by entering that number and pressing the Audio call button.
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
A call is placed.
