patch on the website for resolving errors communicating with radius on 64bit system
because using short int the hash is computed badly resulting in bad message authenticators from radius even when shared secret is correct

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge chillispot
2.emerge freeradius
3. radiusd -X   shows bad message authenticator dropping packets


Expected Results:  
login OK messages

This looks dead since 2006 too... then, I really doubt this will be fixed ever :S
