milou fails looking for the baloo config file when baloo isn't installed. Installing baloo fixes the issue. Why is milou in kde-misc actually? Reproducible: Always
Thanks, fixed in git. milou is in kde-misc because it's part of extragear upstream rather than core KDE. I know it doesn't make much sense since plasma-workspace requires it and it's being released with kde-workspace using the same versioning scheme.
