Looks like some doxygen issue.

The name looks buggy  but since the content is about listing the content of the (build) folder with / replaced by _, it looks ok.

The content is simply the list of other man pages so I think it is ok to just exclude it.

Found a number of packages in other distros simply deleting the file. I looks like a change in behavior in doxygen.

    Introduced by recent Doxygen releases. Apply the same fix found in Debian, etc.
    Bump to EAPI=6, drop unused eclasses. Add Debian patch fixing typo that appears
    in man page.
