Looks like upstream loves in-vcs packaging. https://code.google.com/p/gmtk/source/browse/packages/gmtk-1.0.9.tar.gz https://code.google.com/p/gnome-mplayer/source/browse/packages/gnome-mplayer-1.0.9.tar.gz https://code.google.com/p/gecko-mediaplayer/source/browse/packages/gecko-mediaplayer-1.0.9.tar.gz
(In reply to Manuel Rüger from comment #0) > Looks like upstream loves in-vcs packaging. no. there will be a tarball in Downloads when it's ready. see eg. http://code.google.com/p/gmtk/source/detail?r=210 http://code.google.com/p/gmtk/source/detail?r=211 both of which are commits saying just "1.0.8", it doesn't proof anything, only tarball in Downloads does > > https://code.google.com/p/gmtk/source/browse/packages/gmtk-1.0.9.tar.gz > https://code.google.com/p/gnome-mplayer/source/browse/packages/gnome-mplayer- > 1.0.9.tar.gz > https://code.google.com/p/gecko-mediaplayer/source/browse/packages/gecko- > mediaplayer-1.0.9.tar.gz
There is already a tag. https://code.google.com/p/gmtk/source/browse/#svn%2Ftags%2Fv1.0.9 https://code.google.com/p/gmtk/source/detail?spec=svn239&r=236
https://code.google.com/p/gmtk/ says also: "Downloads are now here: https://code.google.com/p/gmtk/source/browse/packages "
(In reply to Manuel Rüger from comment #3) > https://code.google.com/p/gmtk/ says also: > > "Downloads are now here: > https://code.google.com/p/gmtk/source/browse/packages " args. ok :)
in portage note/todo: only thing I didn't test is gnome-extra/nemo and add IUSE="cinnamon" and $(use_enable cinnamon nemo) to gnome-mplayer-1.0.9's ebuild yet if this is important to you, please go ahead and test and provide ebuild patch for it, otherwise i'll do it later for 1.0.9-r1 or 1.0.10
