postscript file which cannot be displayed by recent versions of evince

Files in landscape format produced by app-text/a2ps cannot be displayed by
evince-3.12.1.
The same file displays just fine with gv and prints just fine.
Furthermore is displays just fine with older versions of evince, e.g.
evince-3.6.1 (I don't know which version introduced the error).

I have attached a sample file.

This is not a regression from 3.10, please open a bug in upstream and post the link here to let us track the issue: bugzilla.gnome.org

fixed in libspectre-0.2.8
