When trying to emerge aimsniff, I get an error stating that "this ebuild needs converting to use the new approach."

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge aimsniff
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Emerge was aborted.

Expected Results:  
Emerge should have completed.

Hopefully an updated ebuild

I updated the ebuild to use the webapp eclass. I believe it works as it should,
but I'm pretty new at this so someone probably should take a look at it.
