Gstreamer 1.0 bindings for MONO.
Required by >=Banshee 2.9.0 and, possibly, others

depends on bug #509398 - respectively to configure phase, it requires gapi3-{fixup,parser,codegen} and >=glib-sharp-2.99

.NET ecosystem and the Dotnet Gentoo Project moved to new strategy of ebuild and eclasses. This old ebuild is no longer suppored.
