One of the AAAA records for rsync.us.gentoo.org points to a bad server.

Specifically, it appears that rsync24.us.gentoo.org changed from 2001:48a8:0:8:0:3:0:232 to 2001:48a8:0:8:0:3:0:233 but the AAAA record for rsync.us.gentoo.org was not updated to match.
