quake2-icculus-0.16.1-ia64.patch enabling ia64 support to copy to files/

Hi,

Quake 2 currently does not support ia64. It however runs fine using the following drivers:
- software X11 (windowed mode only);
- software SDL;
- OpenGL GLX;
- SDL OpenGL.

Please find in attached the required quake2-icculus-0.16.1-ia64.patch that enable ia64 support. This file must be copied alongside the other patches in the files/ hierarchy.

Please also find in attached the required quake2-icculus-0.16.1-r1.ebuild.patch to apply against current quake2-icculus-0.16.1-r1.ebuild in Portage.

Configure Sound quality to Low or you will hear statics.

Feel free to keyword ia64 stable rather than ~ia64 as I did.
