Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.rm -r /usr/portage/kde-base/kdeartwork-kscreensaver/*
2.emerge --sync
3.emerge --oneshot kdeartwork-kscreensaver
Actual Results:  
Error in description, unable to emerge kde-base/kdeartwork-meta too

Expected Results:  
successful emerge of kdeartwork-kscreensaver-4.11.5 and/or kdeartwork-meta-4.11.5

Useful workaround, exec following command: 
ebuild /usr/portage/kde-base/kdeartwork-kscreensaver/kdeartwork-kscreensaver-4.11.5.ebuild digest

Please sync again, seems already be fixed by someone.
