Bug 50886 – New version of Kile 1.6.3

New version of Kile avalible.  Here is the annoucment.

Changes include:
 - fix a crash when opening/closing projects with common files
 - warn if user tries to overwrite an existing file in the "New Project" 
dialog
 - make usertags/tools shortcuts configurable
 - place cursor after a bracket when inserting a usertag 
 - polished up the "New File" wizard, the size and selected template are now 
remembered, an option to start the Quick Start wizard after selecting an 
empty template is also added
 - double clicking on a non-existent file results in a dialog requesting the 
creating of this file, instead of just an error

Kile 1.6.3 is still ~x86. I have been using it quite a lot since its release and didn't ever find a bug while there are lots of bugs in Kile 1.6.1...
