Hi, I've updated the mairix ebuild to version 0.14.1. Lots of bug fixes and more features, see the URL for an extensive list. Changes in the ebuild: - Added explicit --infodir and --mandir to the configure (needed because it uses /usr/{info,man} as default). - Removed explicit CFLAGS variable (seems to work without it now). - Changed homepage/package URLs. - Changed KEYWORDS to ~x86. (The old ebuild lists s390 as working, so ~s390 should probably also be listed.) Cheers,

0.15 is out with significant fixes (among others an important fix for 64-bit platforms)
The homepage says newest mairix is 0.11. Is there another homepage, or is this one just not kept up-to-date by the developer?
The URL in the 0.10 ebuild is old and not maintained any more. See http://www.rpcurnow.force9.co.uk/mairix/ Version 0.15 is available from there. Incidentally, the 0.14.1 ebuild which is attached works fine with 0.15.
Ah, this one is much nicer. 0.15 emerged fine here, I'll try basic functionality and will bump it in portage if it works.
The match folder doesn't get populated here on succesful indexing. Database file is created. My .mairixrc: base=/home/ticho mh=SylMail/ML/courier-maildrop mfolder=/home/ticho/mairix mformat=mh database=/home/ticho/.mairix_db Bardur, I assume you are experienced in mairix use. Am I doing something wrong here?
Umm... you need to actually perform a search to populate the match folder. Try mairix a (which matches any message containing an 'a')
Ah right, looks like I didn't understand the idea of mairix completely. Anyway, 0.15 is in CVS portage now, thanks a lot.
