As of late, lynis has undergone many updates.  I assign the reportfile and logfile to specific locations by setting the variables in /usr/share/lynis/include/consts.  With epatch enabled these seetings could carry without manual edit of the consts file.

Another change V 1.5.1 on 140425.  Any movement on this?

epatch_user has been added in 1.5.2.
