This is a new ebuild for multiload-nandhp, a port of the GNOME multiload applet to the Xfce4 and LXDE panels.

I modified your ebuild a bit. You might want to look at what I've changed.
For example, can't call autogen.sh scripts, we have autotools.eclass and eautoreconf for that. 
Added support for the lxpanel thing, and added REQUIRED_USE to force one of them at least enabled. Removed || ( ) for libxfcegui4 because that'd be automagic, now that libxfce4ui is forced, it's always enabled as it's picked up first by configure. It's because || ( ) would allow --depcleaning one of them, and then you'd have broken NEEDED entry in the plugin for missing libxfce4ui or libxfcegui4

I almost committed it to x11-misc/ to be more LXDE friendly, but I hope it's OK like this, xfce@g.o will take care of the bumping and maintaining
