After updating from current stable gnutls-2 to latest gnutls-3 I noticed some packages need to be rebuilt due soname bump. Maybe they could benefit from being able to rdepend on gnutls:= to get them automatically rebuilt while updating

gnutls-3 was added to the tree well before EAPI 5 support was finalized in stable portage. We'll probably add subslots when the major version changes upstream again.

the gnutls-3.x is unstable, if we can do this now, why not?
