It would be very convenient if app-vim/vim-latex called epatch_user in src_prepare. (As a workaround, I'm managing a copy of the ebuild in my personal overlay, so this is low priority for me.)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Copy some patch into /etc/portage/patches/app-vim/vim-latex/, for example
https://github.com/kahrl/overlay/blob/master/patches/vim-latex-disable-some-shortcuts.patch
2. Emerge app-vim/vim-latex

Actual Results:  
Patch is not applied

Expected Results:  
Patch is applied
