currently gdb doesn't support tracing dynamic libraries on newer osx versions. this patch fixes it. Reproducible: Always

if it's in upstream, it should be easy to integrate
The ML message mentions "committed on trunk", so I assume it's in upstream, though not necessarily on the 7.7 branch.
