genpatches includes a Systemd option to enable some options needed by it, per bug #506244 we will need CONFIG_NET_NS too

I am adding it now.

Does this need an emergency release, or can it wait for the next point releases which just about happen weekly at this point?

One more q.

I have this in 3.14, 3.13 and 3.12.

Do you want it in all kernels we release?  3.2, 3.4 and also 3.10?

I would add it to all, but there is no need to do it faster than normal as systemd-212 will still take more time to be stabilized
