Hello,

Wmbattery is an X11 app that displays all of the information in /proc/apm in a
small 64x64 X window. This program is aimed at laptop users, displaying
remaining battery time, AC status, and charge status. It was designed with with
Windowmaker's dock (or any other window manager with dock support), but it will
work correctly in any WM. 

app-misc/wmbattery seems to be the proper place for this ebuild.

I can't get the ebuild to attach. It gives the error: "No file was provided, or 
it was empty," so I stashed it at http://www.cae.wisc.edu/~gayeski/wmbattery-
