 * Users of grsecurity's RBAC system must ensure they are using
 * sys-apps/gradm-3.0*, which is compatible with hardened-sources-3.13.2-r3.
 * It is strongly recommended that the following command is issued
 * prior to booting a hardened-sources-3.13.2-r3 kernel for the first time:
 *
 * emerge -na =sys-apps/gradm-3.0*
 *
>>> sys-kernel/hardened-sources-3.13.2-r3 merged.

But according to 

# eix -e gradm

closing, gradm-3.0.201401291757 is now stable
