Please state more clearly what possibilities are there for a networkless installation at 
the *beginning* of the handbook.

Currently I believe it's only possible to do a stage3+ portagesnapshot (+GRP)
without a network connection.

Many users seem to  believe this would also be possible for a stage1 install.

Also mention that a packages.iso is only necessary for  a stage3+GRP install and NOT
needed in any other case. 

I hope I got that right ;)

Voila, lots of duplicate efforts (architecture separation you know). Thank root for the powerful patch(1) :)
