The make.conf(5) man page says that the "ipc-sandbox" FEATURE requires network namespace support (CONFIG_NET_NS) in the kernel. This is incorrect, it actually requires IPC namespace support (CONFIG_IPC_NS).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run `man make.conf`
2. Search for ipc-sandbox
Actual Results:  
The description of the FEATURE says "Requires network namespace support in kernel".

Expected Results:  
The description should say "Requires IPC namespace support in kernel".
