install kdocker bash completion in /usr/share/bash-completion

bash completion files should be installed under /usr/share/bash-completion to allow use of eselect.
kdocker completion file is installed under /etc/bash_completion.d directly

Thanks for reporting. This is fixed in cvs now. Please sync in some hours to get the changes.
