The hashes of the zip files created from the URI:

  http://${PN}.googlecode.com/archive/v${PV}.zip -> ${P}.zip

are not constant (as I understand them to be, eg, on github).

I have confirmed that the files get added to the zip in an inconsistent order.  I’ll try to open a bug with goog about that, butuntil hey fix that issue archives of googlecode repos will not work for SRC_URI.

I also confirmed that this affects the tar.gz versions of the generated archives, too, and not just the zip archives.

The indeterminism might be a side-effect of their distributed filesystem.

Thanks for the report! (and filling the googlecode bug)

Until a proper fix is found, I moved the tarball to my devspace. I'm watching googlecode bug so we will see if this can be fixed directly there
