mesa-10.1.0 requires >=x11-libs/libxshmfence-1.1
with =x11-libs/libxshmfence-1.0, mesa fails to configure
with =x11-libs/libxshmfence-1.1, mesa installs fine

Error from configure:
configure: error: Package requirements (x11 xext xdamage xfixes x11-xcb xcb-glx >= 1.8.1 xcb-dri2 >= 1.8 xcb-dri3 xcb-present xcb-sync xshmfence >= 1.1 xxf86vm) were not met:

Requested 'xshmfence >= 1.1' but version of xshmfence is 1.0
